Registration
Getting a registration is the first challenge when coming to Berlin.
We have a very smooth process to make sure your new hire receives the registration as soon as possible, including a re-registration once a long-term flat has been found.
As you might have heard, finding a long-term flat can be very stressful and time-consuming due to the fact that currently, there is more demand than supply in the Berlin market.
We have years of experience in helping new hires find accommodation despite the odds. Although we cannot promise to find a flat, we will definitely make the search as productive as possible and happily share our expertise with you.
Flat search
As you might know and have heard of, the search for a long term flat can be very stressful, time consuming and a terrible challenge. Please allow us to discuss with your new hire the different solutions we have for each problem.
We have the years of experience to promise you that we know what needs to be done at we will happily share this knowledge. Unfortunately, we can't promise to find a flat but we definitely make it as productive as possible
Visa application
Your new hire will be guided and advised about the required documents and processes and will receive an overview of the next steps to successfully receive the Visa at the German Embassy. If required, we can also assist with the pre-approval process.
Temporary accommodation
While your new hire is still in the home country, we can assist with booking a place for the first 2 months to make sure they can focus on the onboarding and have enough time to secure a long term flat.

Opening a Bank Account
We can assist your new hire with opening a bank account while they are still in their home country. Furthermore, we can advise new hires about the pros and cons of different banking providers.

Work Permit
We can only start this process once your new hire arrived and has organized the registration in Berlin. We have already collected most of the required information and will collect the remaining documents and information to obtain the work permit.

German courses A1.1 and A1.2
Who doesn't want to be tought the first German words by an Impat who went through the same exciting experience. We will make sure you get to a level to understand and be able to at least order and start a basic conversation in German. This will help to settle-in and make you feel more comfortable. And in a group with other impats to make it a fun experience
